  3. Cheese-Making Steps

    • Understand the process, including cultures and rennet, draining and salting, pressing, and aging.

No prior experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to learn! Each participant will leave with a starter kit containing a culture packet, rennet, calcium chloride, cheesecloth, a reed cheese mat, detailed recipes, and access to additional resources.
